Quality – and economy – for Polish office projects
BBR Polska provides PT solutions for twin commercial schemes
The team from the BBR Network in Poland has been rather busy lately with two prestigious office projects – one in Warsaw, the other in Szczecin. Having provided alternative budget-friendly designs for the floor slabs, our work has proved that quality and economy can indeed go hand-in-hand.
Our scope of work on both the Warsaw and Szczecin projects covered delivery of alternative design for floor slabs based on using BBR VT CONA CMM post-tensioning technology, delivery, installation and stressing of tendons, plus delivery and installation of anchorage zone reinforcement.
The Business Garden Warsaw development involves two seven storey office buildings, with two underground parking levels, near the international airport. Meanwhile, in Szczecin, the Brama Portowa I & II project will create around 13,000 m2 of office space and service areas in two separate buildings.
