European PT training in Vienna

PT training also in Dubai

Following the October training session in Asia Pacific, the BBR Network held two more PT training courses at the end of November and in early December.

The first destination was Dubai – for our Middle East BBR Network Members, where they were updated on the latest trends in post-tensioning and stay cable technology – with a special focus on HiAm CONA.

Meanwhile, European delegates gathered in Vienna and the team from BBR Headquarters updated the PT Specialists on the CONA CMX range, its design features, procurement and QA procedures. The three-day course was closed with a session on the latest developments in BBR technology – including HiEx CONA Saddle, CONA CMM Single and CONA CMF flat.

The training seminar included case studies from around Europe and a Q&A session, as well as an exam! The team in Vienna also had chance to enjoy some sporting fun, a visit to the Christkindlmarkt and enjoyable dinner – plus a very interesting laboratory visit to the University of Vienna.
